Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in software engineering.
• At least 3 years focused on blockchain, DLTs, or digital asset platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Rust, or C++ and Solidity.
• Experience with Ethereum or EVM-compatible networks and token standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain apps and digital asset platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to deployment and support.
• Develop secure smart contracts for tokenization on Ethereum and L1/L2s.
• Connect blockchain networks with core banking, payments, custody, and trading systems.
• Enforce secure coding, automated tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and resiliency.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain tech and tokenization frameworks.
