Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, APAC Human Resources Regulatory Affairs to oversee HR regulatory compensation initiatives across Asia Pacific, with a focus on China. You will partner with HR teams, governance, and senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk within large multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to work in a large-scale, global, and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and developing policies.
• Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the HR regulatory landscape, focusing on regulatory compensation practices and trends.
• Advise country HR teams and Centers of Excellence on HR regulatory compensation matters, offering regional insights while considering local and global approaches.
• Interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on HR policies and practices through gap analyses and stakeholder communication.
• Drive and manage HR regulatory compensation projects in partnership with internal stakeholders and control functions including Legal, Compliance, and Audit.
• Oversee HR regulatory compensation submissions and correspondence with regulators, ensuring deliverables are drafted, reviewed, and approved.
• Collaborate with globalteams to align practices and share best practices across the region.
• Keep HR stakeholders informed of significant regulatory compensation developments from international and local perspectives.
• Participate in and contribute to governance forums as required.
