Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President for Product Development, Fund Structurer to join the Private Equity team in Singapore. The role supports senior leadership in deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, with a focus on APAC market entry and fund-structure design.

The candidate will develop market knowledge through competitive analysis and trend evaluation, contributing to decisions on new market entries and fund vehicles across Cayman and Luxembourg. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in private markets product development.
• Experience structuring private fund vehicles for APAC markets.
• Knowledge of Cayman and Luxembourg fund structures and cross-asset class familiarity.
