Job summary

GIC in Singapore is seeking an AVP/VP, Technical Project Manager (AI) to lead delivery across the AI Engineering team within SAT. You will own sprint cadence, backlog health, risk escalation, and milestone reporting to keep engineers focused and leadership well informed.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution across both squads — run end-to-end delivery cadence for the AI Foundation platform squads and the Forward Deploy squad.
• Drive sprint and quarterly planning — facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and quarterly OKR / milestone planning.
• Manage dependencies and cross-team coordination — track dependencies, chase commitments, elevate blockers, and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract timelines, access provisioning, and performance expectations for augmented resources across SRE, FDE, and UI squads.
