Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a VP Business Functional Analyst to lead AI-enabled change initiatives within Private Banking. You will translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and collaborate with AI engineers and Product Owners to ensure solutions meet regulatory and governance standards.

You will run workshops, support agile delivery, and ensure clear, testable requirements while driving business outcomes across Operations, Compliance and Technology.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis or Process Analysis within Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across AI-enabled change initiatives in Private Banking.
Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, operations teams and subject matter experts.
Produce high-quality requirements documentation, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
Support solution design by ensuring requirements are understood and traceable.
