Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, IT or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business analysis in banking, investments or financial services.
• Proficiency in Agile, Product Framework, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent visualization, presentation and communication capabilities.
• Experience in automation and AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into product requirements and align with business priorities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to elicit and review requirements and maintain domain knowledge.
• Lead from identifying problems to solutioning the to-be business and operating processes.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and support delivery.
• Work with testing teams to translate requirements into test scenarios and ensure quality.
• Own project scope and drive execution with tech, business, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
• Leverage data and AI to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, documentation, and reporting as required.
• Drive process re-engineering and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency.
