Job summary

CHIJ Sanctuary for Children Limited in Singapore is seeking a Communications & Engagement Lead who reports to the Head, Communication & Engagement and the Head, Strategic Partnerships (Fundraising). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications or a relevant discipline.
At least 3 years in a similar capacity, preferably in charity/non-profit environment and volunteer management experience.
Prior experience in communications or campaigns will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Volunteer management: develop strategies, recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers.
Partnerships and engagement: manage stakeholder engagement and drive partnerships with schools, corporates, and communities.
Donor management: handle donations‑in‑kind inquiries and donor relations.
Content creation and collateral production: develop and produce communications materials across channels and measure ROI of campaigns.
