Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Volunteer Management professional in Singapore to oversee the full volunteer life cycle from recruitment to exit and to foster strong relationships with volunteers and community stakeholders.

You will also support event planning and execution for residents and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations while engaging seniors and vulnerable groups. 1–2 years of experience preferred; office hours, 5.5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Oversee the full volunteer life cycle from recruitment, screening/interview, matching, orientation, deployment, review/feedback, appreciation and exit.
• Foster strong relations with volunteers and stakeholders in the community.
• Maintain & Updating of the volunteer database in the VMS

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events for residents and stakeholders in the community.
• Engage seniors & vulnerable groups; drive and ensure smooth operations of events.
