Plaud Inc. is seeking a data analytics‑focused professional to drive VoC taxonomy and CX insights for our real‑world AI interface project.

You will collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Engineering to define quality standards, tag issues, and ensure scalable, evidence‑based recommendations for product and operations. Ideal candidates have hands‑on analytics experience with SQL/BI, familiarity with Python or APIs, and a proven ability to translate complex customer data into strategic actions

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytics with real data (SQL/BI) required.
• Experience in Customer Insights, VoC, CX or related analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Define VoC taxonomy and data-quality standards; partner with Data Analytics/Data Engineering.
• Frame and execute analytical work independently; segment patterns and quantify trends.
• Translate evidence into decision-ready insights for Product, Support, Ops, and Data/Engineering.
• Drive cross-functional metric and taxonomy alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and User Research to align VoC with broader insights.
• Leverage AI tools for topic grouping, sentiment detection, and draft synthesis; document workflows.
