Job summary

VOCALBEATS.AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA lead to plan, develop, and execute testing strategies for AI-powered applications used by millions worldwide. You will design test plans, implement automated frameworks across web, mobile, and AI features.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to identify issues early, improve quality, and drive CI/CD practice. You will own product quality and help build scalable testing environments for rapid releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Proven experience in software testing with end-to-end QA responsibilities.
Hands-on testing of web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, and execution of testing strategies for AI-powered applications.
Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated frameworks across web, mobile, and AI features.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with PMs, developers, and AI engineers to identify issues early.
Evaluate AI features for accuracy, reliability, and usability; identify risks.
Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive fixes with engineering.
Improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards for rapid releases.
Own product quality and contribute to scalable testing environments.
