Job summary

You will set the analytics strategy, guide a high-impact team, and ensure data informs product and business decisions at executive level.

This player-coach role requires reviewing PRs, guiding data modeling and pipeline design, and challenging analytical conclusions while owning reporting, experimentation, and release

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience in product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and leading a product analytics team.
• Hands-on in data modeling, pipeline design, and reviewing PRs.
• Familiarity with analytics stacks and release measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy across crypto, stocks, prediction markets, perpetuals, and stock futures.
• Lead and develop the Product Analytics team; act as player-coach.
• Own product and business reporting, experimentation, and impact analysis.
• Oversee Amplitude data stack and scalable analytics delivery.
