Job summary

Luxasia is seeking a part-time merchandiser in Singapore to manage in-store product presentation according to brand standards. You will visit stores weekly to update displays and ensure cleanliness across locations.

You will also generate weekly stock and tester reports and communicate store issues to Marketing. Independence, ownership, and basic Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Part-time 4 days a week, ideally can commit for 6 months or more
• Independent and proactive work approach
• Ownership mindset in daily tasks
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Responsible for merchandising all products inside the store according to brand standards
• Update display according to Visual Merchandising’s team requirements
• Maintain cleanliness across all stores, will have to visit each store once a week
• Weekly reporting on stock levels and testers needs
• Communicate any store level issues to Marketing Team
• Maintain backstock in an organized manner
• Work closely with Brand Manager for any ad-hoc matters
