Job summary

SS ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Artistic Director to lead the creative vision, programming, and artistic integrity of its productions and live performances.

You will guide choreographers, musical directors, and designers, ensuring shows align with brand identity and audience engagement goals. Responsibilities include shaping seasonal programming, recruiting and casting talent, and coordinating with arts managers, producers, and marketing to meet budgetary and scheduling

Qualifications

• Proven track record in artistic leadership.
• Experience directing live productions.
• Strong knowledge of performing arts disciplines.
• Ability to lead diverse creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute the overall artistic vision and seasonal programming.
• Lead selection, commissioning, and development of new works and scripts.
• Direct recruitment, auditioning, and casting of key talent.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive stage aesthetics.
• Collaborate with arts managers, producers, and marketing to meet benchmarks.
• Serve as public face and artistic voice of the company.
• Evaluate audience reception to refine show quality.
