You will craft viral ideas, manage shoots, and deliver polished videos that hook audiences within the first seconds. You should bring a strong portfolio, mastery of major editing suites, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team to adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio showcasing shooting, editing, and storytelling across platforms.
• Strong video editing software proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects).
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting basics, and external audio recorders.
• Deep understanding of short-form and long-form content strategies.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Ideation & Strategy: Pitch creative video concepts that align with brand goals.
• Production & Filming: Shoot high-quality video content with lighting and audio basics.
• Video Editing: Edit footage into engaging videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Content Management: Optimize formats, aspect ratios, and pacing for algorithms.
• Trend Monitoring: Track current audio trends and transitions to stay relevant.
• Asset Management: Organize raw footage, project files, and exports.
