WPP Production is seeking a hands-on social content creator to produce end-to-end, platform-native content across ASEAN markets. You will self-shoot and self-edit, crafting social-first ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, while collaborating with strategists and in-market teams to deliver authentic, high-performing content.

The role emphasizes always-on content, trend-spotting, and agile production, with a focus on technology brands and multi-channel delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a hands-on social creator with self-shot/self-edited content.
• Strong portfolio of short-form videos on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Deep familiarity with native creator tools on major platforms.
• Ability to adapt content for different channels and ASEAN markets.
• Experience with always-on social content, not campaign-only.
• Curiosity for platform updates, algorithms, trends.
• Willingness to experiment with repeatable formats and clipping strategies.
• Collaborative, with ability to pitch ideas in client presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across formats.

Responsibilities

• Ideate social-first content concepts in English for ASEAN markets.
• Script, shoot, direct, and edit lo-fi content focused on TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Design assets in Adobe Creative Suite to support programs.
• Coordinate with strategists and partners to produce authentic content.
• Attend brand events and shoots to capture live content on-site.
• Work with in-market teams across Singapore and Australia.
