DONNA IBOUTIQUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Videographer & Content Creator to craft engaging, high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. This role goes beyond filming, involving ideation, storytelling and creating content that builds awareness and drives results.

You will film, edit and adapt content for campaigns, exploring viral hooks, testing variations, and collaborating with the team to steer content direction and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in videography and video editing.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience attention.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.
Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut.

Responsibilities

Create viral-style content for Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
Produce short-form content (trends, transformations, educational, behind-the-scenes).
Conceptualise and edit video ads (UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution, promotional).
Come up with content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles.
Develop strong hooks, storylines, and multiple content angles.
Repurpose one shoot into multiple variations for testing (ads & organic).
Film and edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
Work closely with the team on campaigns and content direction.
