Job summary

UnlockLand in Singapore is seeking an Executive Relations & Communications Manager to oversee relationships with key clients, government agencies, partners and international stakeholders. This role goes beyond a traditional desk-based PR function and involves representing UnlockLand externally alongside the founders and senior leadership.

You will host senior international guests, coordinate visits, meetings, events and hospitality, while supporting corporate communications, press releases

Qualifications

• Experience in executive relations, corporate communications, PR, external affairs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, corporate events or VIP guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host and support senior international clients, partners and VIP guests visiting Singapore, acting as their primary contact throughout their visit.
• Coordinate executive itineraries, meetings, workshops, transportation, business lunches and dinners, events and other hospitality arrangements.
• Accompany senior guests when appropriate and ensure they have a seamless and professional experience in Singapore.
• Support relationships and communications with government agencies, enterprise clients, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, visits, events and partnership activities on behalf of the leadership team.
• Support corporate communications, PR, LinkedIn, press releases, company announcements and major company milestones.
• Work with external PR, media, event and hospitality partners when required.
• Support international events, conferences and executive travel when needed.
