Job summary

UnlockLand, a Singapore-based AI technology company, seeks a Content & Communications Manager to turn product milestones and client projects into compelling external content. You will own storytelling across channels and coordinate founder communications to support growth and credibility.

You will craft press materials, blogs, case studies and social posts, while coordinating media outreach, interviews and thought-leadership content with founders and engineers.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in content marketing, corporate communications, PR, journalism, social media or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce publication-quality content.
• Strong storytelling ability and an understanding of how to turn business and technical developments into compelling narratives.
• Proven experience managing content across social media, blogs, press materials and video channels.
• Ability to independently write, edit and publish content with minimal supervision.
• Strong interviewing, research and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good visual judgment and the ability to produce or coordinate professional images, videos and presentation materials.
• Comfortable working directly with founders, customers, engineers and senior external stakeholders.
• Able to work quickly and respond to product launches, customer milestones and relevant industry news.
• Strong attention to factual accuracy and brand consistency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage UnlockLand’s overall content and communications strategy.
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across LinkedIn, company blogs, newsletters, video platforms and other relevant channels.
• Turn product releases, customer projects, POCs, partnerships and market expansion into strong external stories.
• Write press releases, company announcements, blog articles, case studies, social posts and media pitches.
• Produce content that communicates UnlockLand’s growth, technical potential and commercial momentum.
• Create customer-facing and investor-facing materials that explain the company’s progress clearly and credibly.
• Interview founders, engineers, product teams, customers and partners to identify valuable stories.
• Develop founder thought‑leadership content on AI, urban planning, land development and PropTech.
• Plan and produce short-form videos, interviews, webinars, live streams and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate photography, video production, visual assets and event coverage.
• Build relationships with journalists, industry publications, content creators and relevant media organisations.
• Manage media kits, company profiles, founder biographies, product descriptions and key company facts.
• Optimise content for SEO and AI search visibility, including GEO and answer-engine discovery.
• Track content performance, media coverage, audience growth and brand visibility.
• Ensure that all published claims are accurate, consistent and supported by real company evidence.

About the Role

You will be responsible for turning UnlockLand’s product development, customer projects, technical capabilities and company milestones into compelling external content.

Your work will help customers, partners, media organisations, industry professionals and potential investors clearly understand our progress, technology and market potential.

This is a hands-on content creation role. You should be able to identify a story, interview the relevant people, develop the narrative, create the materials and distribute them across the right channels.

You will cover PR materials, social media, blogs, videos, live-streaming content, product launches, case studies and founder communications.

• Understanding of SEO, GEO, content analytics and digital distribution.
• Experience creating content for enterprise customers, government organisations or investors.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong writing, social media, video or PR work.
