HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate (Jewellery) for our Orchard boutique.

The role focuses on delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience, recommending fine jewellery, and building lasting client relationships. Basic salary ranges from $2,500 to $2,800 SGD monthly, with an attractive commission scheme and AWS provided. You will develop product knowledge, support stock and visual merchandising, and participate in events to engage clients and drive boutique

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer service is advantageous.
• Strong passion for fine jewellery and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and exceptional luxury shopping experience to every client.
• Introduce and recommend fine jewellery pieces based on clients' preferences and occasions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand's collections, craftsmanship and product stories.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
• Support clienteling activities and follow up with customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks and daily boutique operations.
• Participate in boutique events, product launches and other client engagement activities.
• Uphold professional grooming and service standards expected within a luxury retail environment.
