The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT/Desktop support, strong Windows experience, and proven VIP/executive support in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT Support/ Desktop Support experience.
• VIP/Executive support experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for end users.
• Manage and maintain ticket updates through incident lifecycle.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams within timelines.
• Deliver high-quality support to VIP users with prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform PC staging, deployment, IMAC, and configuration tasks.
• Support conference rooms, meetings, and events.
• Assist with local network support and server tasks.
