Pulse Digital is seeking a Videographer Intern to bring brand narratives to life across wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and corporate sectors. You will storyboard concepts, direct talent on set, and own projects from shooting to final cut for short-form formats.
You will edit raw footage into high-retention TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital ads, applying color grading and clean audio syncing. A current student in film or media fields is preferred, with a premium-brand aesthetic in mind.
We are looking for a visual storyteller who lives and breathes video content. As a Videographer Intern, you will play a hands-on role in bringing diverse brand narratives to life—from aesthetic product showcases and lifestyle content to high-performance ads. Working across wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and corporate sectors, you will learn how to balance premium brand aesthetics with data-driven social media trends (TikTok, Reels, Douyin styles).
This is not a "coffee-running" internship; you will be on set, directing talent, and owning projects from storyboard to final cut.
1. Pre-Production & Conceptualization
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and script engaging short-form video concepts.
Keep your pulse on trending audio, viral formats, and platform-specific visual styles.
Assist in setting up shoot schedules, prop sourcing, and talent coordination.
2. On-Set Production
Handle camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording for studio and on-location shoots.
Direct creators, talent, or models on set to capture natural, authentic, and high-quality frames.
Ensure the visual style aligns with a premium, clean, and minimalist brand aesthetic.
3. Post-Production
Edit raw footage into high-retention short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and digital ads.
Apply color grading, clean audio syncing, transitions, and text overlays/subtitles that pop.
Adapt a single shoot into multiple variations for creative A/B testing (different hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action).
A Visual Eye: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a solid grasp of framing, lighting, and pacing. (Can include personal TikTok/Reels projects!).
The Technical Basics: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
Mobile & Gear Fluent: Comfortable shooting on both professional mirrorless cameras and mobile setups optimized for social platforms.
Culture Fit: A self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Current Student: Currently pursuing a diploma, degree, or equivalent in Film, Media, Mass Comm, Design, or a related field.
Real-World Portfolio: You’ll leave with live client work, case studies, and ad campaigns that you can point to and say, "I made that."
Mentorship: Direct guidance from experienced marketing and creative strategists.
Dynamic Culture: A collaborative, zero-micromanagement environment where fresh ideas are highly valued.
