Job summary

Eventions Groupeventions.com.sg is seeking a proactive Production Assistant to support live shoots, brand videos, and campaigns. The role involves filming, lighting and sound setup, and assisting with editing tasks using Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro.

You will also help with content writing for video captions and decks, manage media assets, and assist with campaign coordination and admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communications or related field.
• Familiarity with camera handling and on-set etiquette.
• Experience with Adobe CS or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Job Scope – Key Responsibilities

• Assist in filming and post-production of live shoots, interviews, brand content, and corporate videos.
• Set up and dismantle production gear (lights, cameras, audio, backdrops).
• Organize and manage footage, images, audio files, and effects for editing.

Creative Development & Research

• Support research, scriptwriting, and ideation of video and campaign concepts.
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.

Content Writing & Digital Publishing

• Assist in basic content copywriting for video scripts, captions, or decks.
• Help schedule and manage social media content calendars.
• Assist with video publishing and asset management across platforms.

Post-Production & Design

• Support editing teams with cuts, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Bonus if you have skills in animation or visual design.

Campaign Coordination & Admin

• Help manage timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination for shoots or campaigns.
• Provide administrative and operations support to ensure smooth production flow.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Bonus: animation, illustration, or motion graphic skills.
