Job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Photographer, Videographer, and Editor to own the visual execution for our clients. You aren't just someone who knows how to operate a camera; you are a visual storyteller who understands the anatomy of a viral social media hook, the pacing of a direct-response ad, and the nuance of personal branding.

You will be hands-on in every stage of the production pipeline—from conceptualizing shoots and running local on-site productions to cutting the final edits for various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Lead on-location photo and video shoots for a diverse roster of clients, including local clinics, corporate brands, and individual entrepreneurs.

• Strategic Editing: Edit short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), long-form YouTube videos, and high-converting ad creatives.

• Visual Storytelling: Translate client goals into compelling visual narratives. Work on personal branding projects that capture the authentic voice and expertise of founders and business owners.

• Social Media Mastery: Stay ahead of social media trends, audio trends, and platform-specific formats to ensure all content feels native and engaging.

• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with our wider marketing team to ensure visual assets align with overall SEO, SEM, and social media campaign strategies.

• Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain a highly structured library of raw files, project files, and finalized assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in professional photography, videography, and video editing. (A strong portfolio or reel is required).

• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve. Fully capable of handling professional camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment.

• The Social Native: A deep, intuitive understanding of what works on social media today. You know how to edit for retention, when to use b-roll, and how to format text hooks.

• The Storyteller: You know how to build an arc. You can make an ad feel like a story and a corporate video feel human.

• Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with modern marketing strategies and direct-response frameworks

  • Experience or willingness to integrate generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or AI video/image generators like Higgsfield) into your creative workflow to speed up storyboarding or asset creation.
