Job summary

SGInnovate is seeking a Content Producer to bring Singapore’s Deep Tech ecosystem to life through video and written content. You will own end‑to‑end production, from concept to final delivery, while contributing across articles, social content, graphics and brand assets.

The role combines strong creative execution with project and stakeholder management, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver compelling narratives across channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in content production, video production, media, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong video production capabilities, with demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through filming and post‑production to final delivery.
• Strong videography and editing skills, with proficiency in industry‑standard production and editing tools.
• Good writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content across different formats.
• An eye for design and visual storytelling; basic graphic design capabilities would be an advantage.
• Strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Ability to understand complex or technical subjects and turn them into accessible, engaging stories.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a broader Marketing and Communications team.
• Experience producing content related to technology, innovation, startups, science or B2B audiences would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own video production from concept development through filming and final delivery.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and shot lists based on objectives.
• Plan interviews, events, explainers, thought leadership and social videos.
• Handle filming, lighting, audio for in‑house shoots.
• Edit and produce polished video content with color, sound, graphics and subtitles.
• Adapt video content into formats for social, websites, events and campaigns.
• Create content across formats including articles, interviews, social posts and website content.
• Conduct interviews and turn conversations into engaging stories.
• Write and edit copy to make Deep Tech topics accessible.
• Repurpose content to maximise reach across channels.
• Support graphics, assets and collaborate with designers and partners.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and maintain content library.
