Job summary

WPP Production PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on social creator to conceptualise and produce always-on, platform-native content for a leading tech brand across ASEAN markets. You’ll script, shoot, direct, and edit for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with flexible hybrid collaboration.

Bring 4+ years of experience, a strong short-form video portfolio, and fluency with native creator tools. You’ll partner with strategists and talent to deliver authentic, high-performing content

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a hands-on social creator, able to self-shoot and self-edit.
• A strong short-form video portfolio across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Deep familiarity with native creator tools across major platforms.
• Ability to adapt content styles and formats for ASEAN markets.
• Experience on always-on social content, not campaign-only.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Ideate compelling, platform-native content ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Monitor trends and translate them into rapid, engaging creative.
• Produce end-to-end content: script, shoot, direct, edit with lo-fi emphasis.
• Design static and motion assets to support ongoing programs.
• Attend events to capture real-time content on-site with talent.
• Brief creators with partner briefs to ensure authentic output.
• Collaborate with social strategists and use AI tools to scale production.
• Work across Singapore, Australia, and in-market colleagues as a team.
