Job summary

Keppel (Fund Management & Investment) seeks a Vice President, Investments to originate, evaluate and execute real estate opportunities across target markets. You will lead the full investment lifecycle from opportunity identification to completion, requiring strong judgement, communication and deal execution capabilities.

You will develop investment theses, manage due diligence streams, and mentor junior team members while delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns in line with investment

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Real Estate or Finance or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant working experience; real estate private equity is a plus.
• Ability to form independent investment views with sound judgement.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong financial modelling, market and industry research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to key markets.

Responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate and execute real estate investment opportunities aligned with fund and investment strategies.
• Lead underwriting, financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analyses, capital structure, and exit strategies.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders and advisers.
• Lead negotiations and transaction execution, including structuring and financing.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Fund Management to align underwriting with asset plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Investments team members.
