Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking an AVP/VP to lead data analytics within the Operational Risk Management domain. You will design dashboards, build predictive insights, and drive data-informed decisions across risk and control processes.

You will apply AI/LLM tools to enhance reviews, automate testing, and support due diligence, partnering with risk managers and business stakeholders to strengthen the firm's risk posture and governance framework.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years AVP or 7 years VP data analytics experience.
• Experience in data mining, analysis and visualization tools (Databricks, Tableau).
• Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools to analytics or risk work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for risk monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze large data sets to identify risks, gaps and trends.
• Automate testing and do full-population analysis with data.
• Support third-party and outsourcing due diligence with data-driven insights.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to augment risk and control workflows.
• Track and report KRIs and KPIs across the team.
• Report risk outcomes to senior management and risk committees.
• Contribute to methodologies, frameworks and tooling.
• Collaborate with risk managers to embed a data-driven approach.
