Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to identify market segments, propose opportunities, and drive revenue across designated markets.

You will develop sales and marketing strategies, coordinate with events, promotions and training, ensure SOP compliance, and lead a performing team while tracking market trends and guest demographics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential market segments for further acquisition and provide proposals for business opportunities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for to drive revenue growth for designated markets
• Provide feedback and updates on operational changes to ensure relevant standard operating procedures and guiding principles are in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with relevant departments on all business-related projects, e.g. events, promotions and training for all team members
• Oversee and assess all on-going training plans and programs to create compliance awareness and ensure retention of a performing team and alignment with market trends
• Evaluate market conditions, keeping up-to-date on marketing trends and demographics of guests, developing benchmarks to measure effectiveness
• Management of credit lines and collection

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 15 years of business development experience in Gaming industry, with proven track records in acquisition of high net-worth customers
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
