Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related discipline.
• Seagoing experience as Chief/2nd Engineer preferred.
• At least 5 years in ship performance monitoring or energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vessel performance and optimize voyage execution.
• Analyze performances against benchmarks and recommend operational adjustments.
• Own daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate KPIs.
