We are seeking an experienced Vessel Performance Manager to join a renowned ship owner in Singapore. Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving vessel and fleet performance, identifying efficiency opportunities, reducing fuel consumption and emissions, and supporting environmental compliance initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in the analysis of main engines, auxiliary engines, boilers, and associated machinery systems.
Working closely with Vessel Managers, shipboard teams, and commercial stakeholders, you will use data-driven insights to investigate performance issues, recommend practical improvements, and support fleet decarbonisation efforts. You will also contribute to regulatory compliance activities, including CII, EEXI, SEEMP, EU ETS, and FuelEU reporting.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and have at least four years of experience in vessel performance or a similar technical role. Experience with data analytics, programming, and environmental regulations within shipping will be highly advantageous.
