Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking a Vessel Manager to lead safety initiatives onboard and in the office while coordinating crew management and maintenance activities. You will oversee budgeting, supplier liaison, and ensure compliance with international and industry standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive safety mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a demanding maritime environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in managing vessels independently.
• Preferably seafaring experience with COC1 and LPG/LNG/Chemical Tankers.
• Safety oriented mindset and track record of Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure Safety at all levels onboard and in the office.
• Oversee crew management, brief crew on policies and procedures and conduct appraisals.
• Manage maintenance of ships to ensure seaworthiness and coordinate with service engineers for repairs.
• Manage ship budget and expenditure including quarterly budget reports and KPI tracking.
