Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in maritime industry focusing on ship management or operations.
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between shipowners and ship management teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee operations, address shipowner concerns, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor vessel performance and provide regular reports on operational efficiency and maintenance status.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements between shipowners and service providers.
• Organize and participate in meetings with shipowners to discuss issues and improvements.
• Provide support in budgeting and financial forecasts related to ship operations.
• Promote safety standards and best practices among crews to maintain a culture of safety.
• Identify and implement strategies for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
