Job summary

Helm Grow is seeking a Teal Leader for our vessel operations team in Singapore. You will report to the Head of Operations and oversee end-to-end operations of allocated vessels.

The role demands extensive experience in vessel operations, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with Masters, Brokers, Owners and Charterers to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Job description

We are working with a dry bulk shipowner/operator to recruit a Teal Leader for their vessel oprations team in Singapore.

You will be part of a growing team and report directly to the Head of Operations. You are expected to manage the end-to-end operations of allocated vessels, which requires daily contact with external stakeholders such as Masters, Brokers, Owners, and Charterers etc. as well as leading a team of operators.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 8 years of experience, or more, from vessel operations, 1-2 years leading a team. You have an eye for detail and are a team player. You think outside the box and are passionate about the industry and wanting to optimize your work.
