Job summary

STARHIGH ASIA PACIFIC (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a Marine & Technical Coordinator to support superintendents by coordinating vessel maintenance, compliance, and operations. You will help ensure vessel readiness and smooth fleet actions.

You will coordinate communication between vessels, office teams and onshore operations, plan surveys and inspections, and manage procurement and port formalities to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marine classification rules and surveys.
• Experience in vessel operations or technical administration.
• Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist superintendents in fleet maintenance, compliance and operations.
• Coordinate vessel communications between vessels, office teams and onshore operations.
• Plan and coordinate Class surveys, dry-dockings and statutory inspections.
• Manage procurement workflows for technical stores, spare parts and marine equipment.
• Facilitate crew movements, vessel documentation and port agency coordination.
