Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development invites interns to contribute to the Performance and Vendor Management team, building SOPs, KPI templates, and a micro-level incident reporting workflow that strengthen oversight of vendor-supported services for children and vulnerable clients.

The role emphasizes analytical writing, data interpretation, and developing practical tools in Excel or Power BI, with opportunities to participate in meetings and vendor reviews and present findings to the VM

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to synthesize operational data and policy documents into clear SOPs.
• Basic Excel and data visualization skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear SOP for monthly performance reviews, KPIs, data interpretation and escalation.
• Create a KPI bank by service type and a monthly performance assessment template with definitions, data sources, owners, and reporting frequency.
• Develop a prototype dashboard in Excel or Power BI-ready format.
• Draft a reference guide on interpreting RAG status and following up on red flags.
• Define a micro-level SOP for critical incident identification, reporting, escalation, and documentation.
