Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks an Executive to support AI-driven cleaning operations across public areas, working with NEA divisions and external vendors. This hands-on, field-based role demands knowledge of AI technologies, video analytics training, contract management, and project coordination.

You will plan on-site trials, manage vendors and contracts, annotate data for AI training, analyze data for trends, and train users to adopt AI solutions while delivering regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI tools.
Basic knowledge in video analytics and/or machine learning is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, self-driven and committed to continuous improvement.
Mature and resourceful in handling complex or ambiguous situations.
Able and willing to work outdoors, including weekends and after hours.
Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct and coordinate on-site trials with stakeholders on AI-driven solutions.
Manage vendors and administer contracts, including work orders and compliance.
Collaborate with users to extract and annotate data for AI training.
Analyse data to identify trends and assess AI feasibility for deployments.

Provide regular updates and reports on AI project status to stakeholders.
