Job summary

Abbott Laboratories Pte Ltd requires a Product Specialist to promote and sell Abbott Vascular products to physicians, cath labs and hospitals in Singapore. You will achieve sales targets, grow market share, and provide clinical support to healthcare professionals.

You will develop new customer relationships, deliver product information, and support education and training in the Coronary and Endovascular fields. This role involves after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a hospital environment preferred, especially with cardiology products or medical devices.
• Good product knowledge and ability to learn technical product information.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and field reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Abbott Vascular products to established customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote products.
• Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and clinical data to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities to increase adoption.
• Plan and review sales strategies and educational activities and presentations.
