Job summary

The Good Seed PTE. LTD. is seeking a Class 3 Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant in Singapore to ensure safe and timely delivery of coffee beans and stock to wholesale clients and internal outlets.

You will support daily fulfilment, warehouse tasks, and equipment handling, with a manual-transmission van provided for authorised use. Applicants should have a valid Class 3 license, good driving record, basic English, and be physically fit to lift up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

As the Class 3 Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant at The Good Seed, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of coffee beans, outlet stock, and operational items to wholesale clients, related companies, and internal outlets across Singapore. You will also support daily fulfilment and warehouse activities.

This role requires a dependable and service-oriented individual who can follow assigned delivery schedules, handle goods carefully, maintain accurate records, and support warehouse operations. A manual-transmission company van will be provided for authorised work use.

Key Responsibilities

A. Delivery & Collection Operations

• Carry out assigned deliveries and collections across Singapore for wholesale clients, related companies, and internal outlets
• Follow assigned daily delivery schedules and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Verify items against delivery orders before departure and obtain the required acknowledgement or proof of delivery
• Communicate professionally at delivery points and promptly report delays, failed deliveries, damage, or discrepancies

B. Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Support

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately against pick lists and delivery documents
• Assist with receiving, checking, put-away, stock transfers, loading, and unloading of goods
• Support stock counts, orderly stock arrangement, and first-in, first-out handling of coffee and dated products
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions, and provide general warehouse support during peak periods

C. Vehicle, Load & Road Safety

• Conduct basic daily checks to ensure the company vehicle is safe and in good operating condition
• Keep the vehicle clean and report faults, damage, or servicing needs promptly
• Load and secure goods properly to minimise movement, damage, or contamination
• Comply with traffic regulations, parking requirements, safety procedures, and company policies

D. Equipment & Event Logistics Support

• Deliver and collect coffee equipment, machines, event carts, and event items when assigned
• Use trolleys, handling equipment, or team lifting for heavy or bulky items
• Coordinate scheduled equipment transfers, collections, and returns with the relevant internal teams
• Check equipment and accessories at handover and report discrepancies promptly

E. Records, Communication & General Support

• Maintain accurate delivery records, vehicle logs, supporting documents, and expense claims
• Provide delivery updates and elevate incidents, accidents, or operational issues promptly
• Support related logistics and fulfilment activities across The Good Seed and related group operations when required
• Perform other reasonable delivery, warehouse, or operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and able to drive a manual-transmission van confidently
• Good driving record with a responsible and safety-conscious approach on the road
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfilment is preferred
• Able to read and communicate in basic English for delivery instructions and documentation
• Familiar with Singapore roads and comfortable using navigation applications
• Physically fit and able to lift up to approximately 20kg; use equipment or assistance for heavier items
• Punctual, dependable, and careful with goods, equipment, and company property
• Accurate and able to follow instructions and delivery documents carefully
• Able to work independently and coordinate with colleagues, clients, and outlet teams
• Willing to complete required training and work overtime, occasional weekends, or public holidays when required
