Job summary

KC & WATSON (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a responsible Van Driver to support transportation and daily operations. You will drive company vans to transport goods, materials, equipment and personnel to designated locations, and you will plan routes to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, familiarity with local roads, and the ability to use GPS/navigation for route planning.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence or equivalent recognized by authorities.
• Relevant van driving experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Able to use GPS and navigation applications for route planning.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Able to handle delivery and collection schedules independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required by operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vans to transport goods, materials, equipment and/or personnel to designated locations.

• Perform daily checks on the van to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.

• Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, deliveries and vehicle-related activities.
• Report vehicle defects or incidents to the supervisor.
• Send the vehicle for servicing and inspections as instructed.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws and company policies.

KC & WATSON (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a responsible and reliable Van Driver to support the company's transportation and daily operational requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company vans to transport goods, materials, equipment and/or personnel to designated locations safely and punctually.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vans to transport goods, materials, equipment and/or personnel to designated locations.
• Carry out collection and delivery duties according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Plan suitable routes and ensure timely completion of transportation and delivery assignments.
• Conduct daily checks on the assigned van to ensure it is in safe and proper operating condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure goods and materials are properly secured during transportation.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials when required.
• Check delivery orders, collection documents and other relevant records.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, deliveries and vehicle-related activities.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic incidents and other issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, inspection and repairs as instructed.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws, road safety requirements and company policies.
• Communicate with supervisors, customers, suppliers and colleagues regarding delivery and collection arrangements.
• Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
