Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced project coordinator to oversee end-to-end project delivery.

You will manage the project lifecycle from order confirmation through delivery, ensure timelines and requirements are met, and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams. In this role you will review technical specifications, prepare progress reports, and support sourcing activities to balance cost, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from order confirmation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to align project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to minimise delays and maintain project continuity.
• Review and verify technical specifications, drawings, documentation and requirements relating to valves and actuation products.
• Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical information and clarification between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare accurate technical documentation, project records and progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date project information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support sourcing activities and coordinate with suppliers to meet project requirements.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations to achieve an appropriate balance of cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Maintain effective supplier communication and follow up on outstanding project requirements.
