Zusammenfassung

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Planner and Coordinator to oversee defined project sections, develop detailed schedules, and monitor progress in line with the master programme.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance with project requirements. The position emphasizes quality management, EHS compliance, and effective communication among project teams and subcontractors to minimise disruptions and keep the project

Qualifikationen

Experience in project planning and execution within construction or engineering environments.
Knowledge of ISO procedures, EHS requirements and environmental practices.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities.
Experience monitoring budgets and cost control.
Strong ability to prepare progress reports and document project status.

Aufgaben

Report to the Project Manager and oversee project sections per approved structure.
Prepare detailed work schedules, coordinate resources and track progress.
Identify delays and coordinate mitigation with regular updates.
Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet schedules.
Monitor expenditures and cost variations against budget.
