Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

You will review valve and actuation specs, coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, track schedules, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and supplier quotations to support timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from order confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring agreed timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Review product specifications and technical requirements for valves and actuation products to ensure alignment with project needs.
• Act as a key coordination point between customers, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project schedules, milestones and outstanding actions, and follow up with relevant parties to maintain project timelines.
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, project reports and related records.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery and technical requirements, and support negotiations to achieve appropriate commercial outcomes.
