Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a Value Driven Care Specialist to lead high-priority healthcare initiatives, collaborating with the Head of Value Driven Care and other leaders to enhance healthcare propositions and ensure financial sustainability of the portfolio.

You will focus on developing concepts, frameworks and roadmaps, analyzing healthcare data to uncover trends and opportunities, and driving initiatives with cross-functional teams while managing risks and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare or health insurance experience.
• Experience with value-based healthcare and utilization management.
• Strong data analysis skills with healthcare data.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data insights.
• Ability to work with external advisors and travel if necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop initiative concepts, frameworks and roadmaps to address defined problems.
• Collaborate with function heads to ensure robust plans with buy-in.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and quantify impact.
• Drive initiatives hands-on to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide regular progress updates to Head of Healthcare Programme Office and Exco.
• Monitor impact and ensure delivery within time and budget.
