Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking aSenior Associate in Valuation to support deals advisory on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions. You will help research risks, build valuation models and contribute to client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant valuation experience.
• Solid financial modelling skills and ability to develop insight-driven conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in valuations of businesses, assets, and financial instruments for M&A, litigation, and restructuring.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial models and underlying forecasts.
• Prepare client proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers on client deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members on valuation techniques.
