PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory, delivering deal value through rigorous analysis and practical execution across supply chain and operations. You will scope projects, manage deliverables, and interact with client leadership to identify and implement improvements.

The role requires extensive data analytics, project management, and the ability to develop compelling client-ready slides. Travel is expected as part of engagements with a fast-growing advisory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university, preferably with engineering, supply chain or operations management focus.
• MBA or equivalent will be a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience combining external consulting and operational management roles.
• Quality assurance certification (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, APICS) a plus.
• Experience in post-merger integration or divestiture projects a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data analytics experience.
• Commercial awareness and ability to link operations to financial statements.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop impactful PowerPoint slides.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Scope projects, manage deliverables and project economics.
• Analyze target data and practices related to supply chain management to identify improvements.
• Engage with target management to understand business and support conclusions.
• Produce reports summarizing risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships during projects and business development.
• Contribute to evolving advisory offerings to match market needs.
• Perform risk management tasks including drafting engagement letters and budgeting.
• Coach and train team members to develop the practice.
• Undertake business development activities.
