Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Financial Advisory – Deals Advisory Services in Singapore. You will assist clients during potential mergers, acquisitions or divestitures, evaluating deals and valuing businesses while working with leading MNCs and private equity firms.

You will analyse financial data, build models, perform market research, and contribute to client deliverables in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or willing to obtain a financial qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CVA or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in international accounting firms with exposure to financial due diligence or valuation.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse historical financial data and identify key business trends.
• Assess deal issues affecting valuation: quality of earnings, net debt, working capital.
• Assist in valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets, and PPA.
• Build and maintain financial models using DCF or market multiples.
• Perform market research using data services such as S&P Capital IQ.
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with deal stakeholders and advisors.
• Support business development with proposal preparation.

Financial qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CVA or equivalent)
