in Singapore’s Deals Transaction Services Valuations practice offers a role valuing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and capital markets through data-driven insights to maximize deal value. You will research financial risks, forecast analysis, and build valuation models, while leading and mentoring associates and collaborating with partners to win new work and deliver credible valuation advice.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Business, or professional accounting qualification.
6–10 years of relevant valuation experience.
Financial modelling skills; build models from scratch.
Demonstrated problem solving and project delivery.
Valuation experience in professional services is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership experience.
Strong client management; credible in client conversations.

Responsibilities

Perform independent valuations for businesses, tangible and intangible assets and financial instruments including equity and debt securities, derivatives and options.
Produce and analyse financial models and assess the data underlying financial forecasts.
Lead in pitching for new work, including proposals preparation and presentation.
Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements.
Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on valuation services.
Collaborate with Partners and staff on client management and business development.
