Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Validation Engineer to support the setup and start-up of new manufacturing lines in our facilities. You will execute IQ/TMV/OQ validation, contribute to process improvements with Lean Six Sigma, and develop technical reports for production teams.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure project deliverables, compliance, and timely training materials for operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience setting up new equipment lines and performing validation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support setup/start-up of five new manufacturing lines.
• Execute IQ, TMV and OQ validations.
• Optimise processes through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare reports.
• Troubleshoot CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Execute equipment qualification and validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Test Method Validation (TMV) and Operational Qualification (OQ).
• Optimise manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in setting up new equipment lines and performing equipment validation is highly preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
