Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a talented engineer to support the setup and start-up of five new manufacturing equipment lines and to lead qualification activities, including IQ, TMV and OQ. You will drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

The role requires hands-on equipment setup experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Materials Science.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with setting up new equipment lines and validating equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and start-up of five new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Execute equipment qualification and validation activities, including IQ, TMV and OQ.
• Optimise manufacturing processes through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
