The role focuses on process optimisation through Lean and Six Sigma, development of validation protocols, collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality, and the preparation of technical documents and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in setting up new equipment lines and performing equipment validation.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and start-up of five new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Execute IQ, TMV and OQ validation activities.
• Optimise manufacturing processes through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
